It contains assessment phase,acute phase, transition phase and maintenance phase, And several key concepts and strategies have emerged as important components of behavioral treatment, including readiness to change, cognitive restructuring, goal setting, self-monitoring, stimulus control, contingency management, social support, and relapse prevention and so on. Several therapy should be integrated for obesity.
