摘要 论述了10t/h蒸汽、20t/h热水燃油锅炉微机控制系统的数学模型。该模型在燃烧控制回路中采用单交叉限幅控制方案,并对热水炉出水温度、排烟含氧量采用自动校正,PID调节器采用变比例和积分系数自动校正算法。该模型具有调节响应速度快,适应能力强,控制精度高等特点,提高了锅炉运行的安全经济性,减轻了运行人员的劳动强度。 Acomputer-control systematic mathematicalmodel of 10t/h steam boilers and 20t/h hot-water oil-burned bolders have been presented. The model of the burning control return circuit pant is single-cross limiter control and can automatically rectify the water-temperature of the hot-water boiler and the emission capacity of oxggen content. The conventable propation and the integral coefficients of the PID regulaters have been calculated by the method of auto-rectifying. This model has the advantages of speedy respondence, better adaptability and high precision. Therefore, the safty of the boilers performances have been improved and the intensity of the labor has been reduced.
