摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机,用玻纤对HDPE进行改性,考察了玻纤对材料结晶性能和流变性能的影响。采用DSC研究了玻纤增强HDPE(HDPE/GF)的非等温结晶行为,用Jeziorny法和Ozawa法对实验数据进行处理,分析了玻纤对HDPE非等温结晶行为的影响。结果表明玻纤增强HDPE的非等温结晶成核机理为异相成核、一维生长。动态力学研究结果表明,玻纤的引入大大提高了HDPE的储能模量,复合黏随剪切速率的提高而降低。
HDPE modified with GF was prepared by twin-screw extruder. The effect of the modifying agent on the nonisothermal crystallization properties and rheological behaviors were studied. Nonisothermal crystallization kinetics of glass fiber reinforced HDPE were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) ,using Jeziorny and Ozawa methods to analyze the kinetics data. It was found that the introduction of glass fiber increased the crystallization of HDPE, and the crystallization of HDPE/GF was heterogeneous nucleation and growth in one dimension. Dynamic mechanical analysis showed that storage modulus (G') increased after the introduction of glass fiber,complex viscosity decreased when the shear velocity was improved.
