木兰拳练习对改善老年妇女的平衡能力——前庭功能的影响 被引量:11

摘要 方法:应用PJ-I型电脑人体平衡功能检测仪测定对照组、木兰拳练习组(6月组和12月组)在转椅上以1周/2s速度均匀旋转10转后闭眼时的人体平衡能力。结果:12个月中对照组跌倒1次、2次、3次的人数和木兰拳练习6月组基本相同,但高于木兰拳练习12月组;对照组和木兰拳练习6月组的L、Area、Deg和Eng比较有下降的趋势,但不具有显著性差异(P>0.05);对照组和木兰拳练习12月组的L、Deg和Eng比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),Area有显著性差异(P<0.05),表明木兰拳练习能够通过改善前庭器官的功能提高老年妇女的平衡能力。 The subjects from control group and Mu Lanquan exercise group were spun within 10 circles with every circle for two seconds,PJ-I computerized balance instrument was used to evaluate balance ability with closed eyes. The results showed that L, Area, Deg and Eng had no significant difference between control group and six-month Mulanquan exercise. L, Deg, Area and Eng had significant difference between control group and twelve-month Mu Lanquan exercise. Falls (one fall,two falls and three falls) have no significant difference between the control group and six-month Mu Lanquan exercise during twelve months. Falls of control group are superior to twelve-month Mu Lanquan exercise. It suggested that Mu Lanquan exercise could improve the balance ability of vestibular function of elder women.
