摘要 对我国中老年人健身秧歌规定套路创编的理论及实践效果进行了研究,认为健身秧歌规定套路的创编以秧歌四大流派的代表性动作为基础,体现了浓烈的民族色彩;根据中老年人身心特点及接受能力,体现了难度适中,节奏与强度适宜的原则。建议套路编排要有针对性地设计活动头颈、肩、膝和腕的动作,对中老年人常见的颈椎病、肩周炎、老年膝有预防和治疗的功效。 This paper made study on routine arrangement and practical effect of elder people's aerobic Yange dance. The result shows that the routine of Yange dance exercise represents the movements of four major systems and reflects strong national characteristics. Based on physical and mental character of middle and elder people, the principle of moderate degree of difficulty, suitable rhythem and appropriate intensity should be taken. It suggests that the arrangement of routine exercise should aim directly at head, neck, shoulder, knee and wrist, which is effective in preventing and treating the common disease of middle and elder people such as cervical sphondylosis and penriarthritis.
