比较国内、外体育科技期刊英文摘要中语句的异同

Comparative Study on English Abstracts of Sports Science Periodicals at Home and Abroad

为了反映国内体育科技期刊英文摘要的写作情况,统计了国内、外体育科技期刊英文摘要的语态分布和“头重脚轻”句的使用频率。结果表明,国内作者使用被动语态句频率低于其他国家(尤其是英语国家)的作者,而“头重脚轻”句使用的频率高于其他国家(尤其是英语国家)的作者。这主要是由于汉英语的行文习惯不同、国家标准与国际标准的差别以及没有特别注意其结构的特殊性等原因所致。针对这些问题,对体育科技文献英文摘要写作的模式提出了建议。

In order to reflect the writing on English abstract of domestic sports science periodicals, this paper made statistics on voice distribution and front-weight sentence＇s using frequency from English abstracts in Chinese and foreign sports science periodicals. The result showed that authors from China used passive voice sentence more frequently than foreign authors, particularly those from English-speaking countries. This is mainly because of habit of writing style of Han English, difference between national standard and international standard and unaware of uniqueness of its structure. Based on those problems,some suggestions for writing style on English abstract of sports science periodicals are put forwarded.
