摘要
健美操教师的培养模式在一定条件下决定了健美操教师的类型与规格,制约着健美操教师职业道路的发展。本文在揭示“一基三能型”健美操教师培养模式内涵的基础上,对培养模式四个子系统进行论述,并提出了健美操教师培养模式的构建策略。
The cultivation mode of aerobic teachers determines their type and specification at the certain condition.
