摘要 以负载SnO的活性碳纤维催化酯化合成了已二酸二辛酯,考察了反应时间、温度及催化剂用量等因素对合成反应的影响,适宜的工艺条件为:n(己二酸):n(2-乙基己醇)=1:3.3,催化剂1.1%,带水剂甲苯用量6%,反应温度17-175℃,反应时间120 min。在此条件下反应体系的终点酸值和色泽得到合理控制,粗产物不经过中和、水洗和脱色就可得到合格产物,避免了普通酯化工艺造成的废水和废渣污染。 SnO loaded on activated carbon fiber was Factors affecting the reaction such as temperature, used as catalyst in the synthesis of dioctyl adipate. reaction time and catalyst consumption were stud- ied. The optimal conditions were found as follows: the molar ratio of the adipic acid and 2-ethylexanol 1 : 3.3, 1.1 % catalyst of the total mass of the reactants, 6% toluene of the total mass reactants as dehydrating agent, reaction temperature 170 - 175 ℃ and reaction time 120 min. Under such conditions, the acid value and the color of the reaction system can be controlled efficiently, and qualified product can be produced avoiding the neutralization, decolorization and other purification steps.
