新型低聚磷酸酯阻燃剂BAPDP的合成及其在PC/ABS中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 用三氯氧磷、双酚AP与苯酚经两步反应制得了新型化合物双酚AP双(二苯基磷酸酯)(BAPDP)。采用单因素法对催化剂、物料比、反应温度进行了考察,确定了适宜的工艺条件:以TiCl4为催化剂,用量为双酚AP质量的2.0%,n(POCl3):n(双酚AP):n(PhOH)=4:1:4.05。第一步反应温度为60℃,反应时间为6 h;第二步反应温度为160℃。反应时间为10 h,产率为78.5%。通过1H NMR、FT-IR和元素分析确认了化合物的结构,产物经热重法分析表明其热稳定性较好,并考察了BAPDP在PC/ABS中的阻燃性效果。 The novel 4,4'-(1-phenylethylidene) bisphenol bis (diphenyl phosphate) was synthesized from phosphorus oxychloride, 4,4'-(1-phenylethylidene)bisphenol and phenol. The effects of process parameters, such as catalyst, molar ratios of reactants and reaction temperature on the yield were studied and the suitable synthesis conditions were found as follows. TiCl4 as catalyst with 2.0% dosage based on the amount of the 4,4'-(1-phenylethylidene) bisphenol, the molar ratios of phosphous oxychloride, 4,4'-(1-phenylethylidene) bisphenol and phenol. 4 : 1 : 4.05; for the first step, 60 ℃, 6 h; for the second step, 160 ℃ and 10 h. Under the above conditions, the yield of the product was 78.5%. The structure of the compound was confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR and element analysis. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the product had good thermal stability. The flame retardance was tested in PC/ABS.
