摘要
采用高效θ环填料塔,考察了真空精馏过程中操作压力、精馏温度和回流比等因素对顺酐精馏纯度、收率等因素的影响。精馏后顺酐纯度可达99.3%以上,收率大于90%;采用变参数间歇蒸馏操作有利于提高产物收率,适宜的操作条件为:操作压强11-14 kPa,回流比3-12。
Maleic anhydride was rectified under vacuum with high efficient packed tower filled with θ rings. Effects of operation pressure, rectifing temperature, refluxing rate on the purity and the yield of the product were studied. The'product purity was between 99.3% and 99.99% , and the yield was over 60%. Through the study of multivariable batch distillation process, the optimized operation parameters were obtained as follows: the pressure 11 -14 kPa and the flux ratio 3 -12. The result indicated that multivariable batch distillation technique could improve the yield.
