摘要 在石油工业生产中广泛使用回声测距仪检测油井液位深度。本文将扩频理论引入生产测井仪器开发,研制开发一套油井液位测量系统,成功试用于工业油井。理论分析与实验表明:引入扩频技术较好地解决了常规脉冲测距仪器作用距离与测距精度间的矛盾,能准确识别接箍反射波和液面反射波,确定油井液面深度。测距系统采用相关检测方法,可有效抑制各种噪声干扰,使系统在信噪比很低的条件下正常工作,用于工业油井能大大提高测试距离。 The echo ranger is widely used in many different types of wells for liquid level test. In this paper, the a- coustic liquid level measurements are investigated by means of spread spectrum theory. Furthermore, a novel meas- urement system for oil well level was developed and successfully applied to industrial wells. The advantages of the measurement system are as follows. Using the spread spectrum theory, the contradiction between the ranging distance and the range discrimination in conventional echo rangers is solved. The reflected sound waves from tubing joints and liquid level are distinguished accurately, so that oil well level is determined. The spread spectrum ranging system adopts correlation detection method and effectively rejects various noise interferences. This enables the ranging system to operate in very low signal-noise ratio. Therefore, the developed ranger is suitable for the oil well level measurement while the oil level is very deep.
