摘要 本文从汽轮发电机组的实际情况出发,充分考虑到测量精度和使用环境等方面的特殊要求,开发完成了一种新型智能化扭振测量分析系统。系统配置了2个测量机组轴系两端扭振的扭振通道和8个模拟量输入通道,由下位智能采集卡和上位PC及监测分析软件组成。上下位机通过FIFO存储器交换数据,使扭振信号的采集与分析可以同时进行,充分发挥了微处理器的实时测控功能和PC的快速数据处理能力。智能采集卡采用20MHz的80C196单片机,并充分利用该芯片的高速输入的特点,实现了扭振的在线高精度测量,扭角分辨率达到0.014°。信号处理电路全部采用程控方法,提高了采集卡的适应能力,可以应用到各种测量场合。实验测试表明该系统运行稳定可靠、抗干扰能力强、操作使用简便。 It is a key issue to measure exactly torsional vibration of large-scale turbine-generator sets as large-scale turbine-generator sets gain wide applications. Considering the actual conditions of turbine-generator set, measurement precision, working environment and so on, a new intelligent measurement system of torsional vibration for turbine-generator shafts was developed, which has two channels for torsional vibration measurement and eight analog input channels. The system consists of slave intelligent acquisition card, host PC computer and analysis software. FIFO memory is used for data exchange between slave system and host computer, which enables signal acquisition and data analysis to operate simultaneously and makes full use of the real-time measurement and control functions of the microprocessor and the rapid data processing ability of PC. Intelligent data acquisition card adopts 80C196 that works at 20 MHz and has HSI function, so that the torsional angle measurement resolution reaches to 0. 014°. The whole signal processing is controlled by program, which improves the system flexibility. Experiments prove that the system features easy to operate, stable working and has excellent anti-interference ability.
