摘要
目的观察丹参对高血压性脑出血血肿吸收速度的影响。方法选择我院急性高血压性脑出血患者39例,随机分为治疗组19例,对照组20例,对照组患者给予绝对卧床休息,基础治疗(脱水、对症、支持等治疗),治疗组患者在此基础上入院当日即给予丹参10ml+0.9%氯化钠溶液250ml静脉点滴,如无不良反应,自第2d起每日静脉滴注丹参20ml+0.9%氯化钠溶液250ml,1次/d,28d为1个疗程。治疗前、后行颅脑CT检查,观察血肿的吸收速度。结果两组患者治疗前、后血肿体积间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),且两组患者治疗后差异亦有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组患者血肿吸收速度间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论丹参能明显促进高血压性脑出血血肿的吸收。
Objective To observe the effect of Danshen on the absorptive speed of haematoma in hypertensive encephalorragia. Methods By random, double-blind and placebo control experiment, 39 patients with acute hypertensive encephalorragia were randomly allocated to study group （19） and control group （20） for 28 days treatment. The absorptive speed was evalued by the volume of the haematoma using head CT. Results The volume of the hematoma had significant differences before and after treatment in the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment there was significant differences in the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. The absorptive speed of Danshen group was obviously quicker than the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Danshen could significantly accelerate the absorption of the haematoma in hypertensive encephalorragia.
