摘要
根据对树脂基复合材料电磁兼容性能要求分析,给出了树脂基复合材料电磁兼容设计中应该注意的几个问题;通过金属网的优选、表面处理、结构性能表征及电磁屏蔽效能表征,得出了电磁兼容复合材料的设计方法,从试验研究可以得出,采用金属网对复合材料进行改性,可以满足复合材料的结构性能和电磁兼容性能的要求。
Based on the analysis of the electromagnetic compatibility of composite material. Several factors which should be considered in the designing of the composite were put forward. By chosing appropriate metal web, treating with the surface of the metal web, and testing the structure property and electromagnetic compatibility of the composite, the method of designing electromagnetic compatibility composite was achieved, the research result showed that the composite could meet the need of sturcture property, electromagnetic compatibility by using metal web in the composite.
