摘要
分析了插卡器面板的结构特点,介绍了注射模具设计方案,着重阐述了流道设计过程中使用MPA进行塑性流动分析,确定该模具的浇口最佳位置和数量,解决了浇注系统的布局问题。
The structure characteristics of card-insert panel were analysed. The design project of injection mould was introduced. The plastic flow analysis was carried through in the process of runner design by using MPA. The optimal location and number of the cast gate were fixed on , and the arrangement problems in this cast system were settled.
