联合应用PGE_1及缬沙坦对梗阻性肾病大鼠TGF-β_1及HGF表达的影响
摘要
慢性肾脏病（CKD）是一类进展性疾病，如不对其进行有效治疗。终将发展到终末期肾病。肾脏间质纤维化与肾功能减退密切相关．近年来的研究表明致纤维化因子转化生长因子（TGF）-β1，表达增加与抗纤维化因子肝细胞生长因子（HGF）表达降低是间质纤维化的重要因素之一，具有肾脏保护作用的前列腺素E1（PGE1）及血管紧张素Ⅱ Ⅰ型受体阻滞剂（ARB）能调整TGF—B。
