To overcome track circuit bad shunting will be one of the rectification and improvement focuses of safety production in 2007 for the Department of Signal ＆ Communication. This article summarized the situation of track circuit bad shunting issues and made a detailed introduction and analysis of the measures against those issues and put forward deal countermeasures with situation and proposal.
