手术治疗髋臼双柱骨折的临床研究

Operative Treatment of Acetabular Both-column Fractures

目的探讨手术治疗髋臼双柱骨折的临床效果。方法应用前后联合入路方法治疗髋臼双柱骨折10例。结果本组10例中达到解剖复位8例，复位欠佳1例，不满意复位1例；随访1～3年，平均2年，解剖复位组关节功能表现优良7例，可1例；复位欠佳组关节功能表现可1例；不满意复位组关节功能表现差1例。结论前后联合入路是治疗移位髋臼双柱骨折的良好选择。

Objective To explore operative treatment of acetabular both - column fractures. Methods We treated 10 cases of acetabular both - column fractures through anterior and posterior combined approachs. Results Among 10 cases, 8 cases reached anatomical reduction, 1 case reached imperfect reduction and 1 case reached unsatisfactory reduction. All patients were followed up 1 year to 3 years, average 2 years. There were 7 cases joint function reached excellent or good and 1 case reached fair in anatomical reduction group, there were 1 case joint function reached fair in imper- fect reduction group, there were 1 case joint function reached poor in unsatisfactory reduction group. Conclusion Anterior and posterior combined approach is the better selection for the surgical treatment of displaced acetabular both -column fractures.
