提高吉林省农业综合生产能力的对策

On the Promotion of Agricultural Comprehensive Productive Capabilities of Jilin Province

吉林省是我国的农业大省,吉林省农业综合生产能力对整个国民经济的发展有重要的影响,提高吉林省农业生产能力可以从五个方面实现:严格保护耕地;加强农田水力和生态建设;积极发展农产品加工产业;加快农业科技创新,提高农业科技含量;促进农民转移就业,提高农村城镇化的发展水平。

Jilin province is an important agricultural province of our country, therefore the promotion of agricultural comprehensive productive capabilities of Jilin is of great influence to the development of the whole country＇s economy. This paper tries to put forward the strategies to promote the agricultural comprehensive productive capabilities of Jilin： to protect cultivated land strictly; to reinforce the construction of irrigation and water conservancy and ecosystem; to develop the industry of process of agricultural products positively; to accelerate the creation of science and technology in agriculture; to stimulate farmers to shift to be employed and improve the townish standard of rural area.
