用新的视角管理流失的那部分人才,积极投资和开发他们,将原本的灾难转化成一种新的获得财富的形式,才是现代企业面对人才流失的问题应做出的最明智的选择。
The paper cut in from the prospect of human capital investment theory, from the recollection of Theodore W. Schultz's "Brain Drain" theory, paved the way for the author's new ideas on brain drain management. This paper mainly discussed brain drain management problem and raised new prospects to solve this problem.
