摘要
本文基于化学反应沉淀法的基本原理,通过设计不同的工艺路线和工艺条件制备硫化锰微细粉末。检测结果证明,超声化学法制备的硫化锰粉末颗粒微细、粒度分布均匀、分散性好、化学纯度高,满足粉末冶金添加剂的使用要求。
Based on fundamental of chemical precipitation, the superfine manganese sulfide was prepared by designed different technologies and conditions. The results show that superfine manganese sulfide powder with, uniform size distribution, high purity and good dispersity prepared by ultrasonic chemical method meets the requirements for powder metallurgy additive.
