摘要
自上世纪70年代初粉末冶金高速钢(PM HSS)实现工业化生产以来,生产厂家不停歇地继续改进生产工艺和使用设备,旨在不断提高粉末冶金高速钢的质量和性能。本文以翔实的数据评述了粉末冶金高速钢生产工艺技术的演变发展及其相应生产的第一、二、三代粉末冶金高速钢的质量技术条件的提升,包括钢种成分,非金属夹杂物含量、力学性能和应用效果。
The production of Powder Metallurgy high speed steel(PM HSS) was started from 1971. The technology and equipments have been continuously improved,to enhance product' s quality and performance. Based on the rich data the development of production technology for lst,2nd & 3rd generation PM HSS is described with technical specifications,including chemical composition, permissible content of non-metallic inclusions, mechanical properties and performance.
