摘要
水泵站是重要的水利设施之一,而进水流道是大型水泵装置的一个重要组成部分,是泵站前池和叶轮室之间的过渡段,承担着水泵进口流场的整流作用,使水流更好地转向和加速,尽量满足水泵叶轮室进口所要求的水力设计条件。采用三维定常RANS方程和重整化群RNG紊流模型对进水流道、水泵叶轮室的水体进行数值模拟计算,分析进水流道对水泵性能的影响。计算结果显示:不同类型的进水流道对水泵内部流场、叶片压力分布及水泵特性(功率、扬程、效率)等方面均有影响。
The inlet conduit is one of the important parts of large pumping system. It is the transit section between the front pool and the pump blades. The function of the inlet conduit is to adjust the water flow and guide it to change the direction and accelerate as smoothly as possible so as to satisfy the design requirements. To predict the operating performance of the pump, the RANS equation and RNG turbulent model are applied to simulate the pumping system, which is composed of the inlet conduit and the blades. Results show that different inlet conduits affect the pump inner flow and the pressure distributing of the blades.
