在研发全球化背景下,鼓励外商在华研发投资具有重要的意义,政府为此出台了许多优惠政策。根据对政策内容的分析以及调研的反馈结果,指出了现行政策的待完善之处与优化方向。

Under the background of R＆D globalization, it is very significant to attract more foreign R＆D investment, so our government has made several related preferential policies. This paper points out the limits and the optimal directions of these policies based on the text analysis of the main policies and our investigation results.
