组织内知识共享的生态竞争模型研究

Research on Ecological Competition Model of Knowledge Sharing in Organizations

由于知识本身具有公共品和非公共品的双重属性,使得建立组织内知识共享的模型非常困难。基于生态竞争的逻辑斯谛方程,建立了组织内知识共享的生态竞争模型,分析了各生态因子对知识共享效果的影响,以指导组织内知识共享的有效实现。

It is very difficult to make a model of knowledge sharing in organizations, because of dual property of public goods and non-public goods what knowledge itself possesses. The text puts forward that knowledge sharing possesses a complete ecological competitive attribute,and make a model of ecological competition about knowledge sharing in organizations based on a logistic equation of ecology consequently. It also analyzes how ecological factors impact on knowledge sharing and gets conclusions to instruct the effective achievements of knowledge sharing in organizations.
