摘要
阐述了合作演化对于理解生物间的合作与竞争的重要意义,重点综述了合作演化研究中的几个方向,包括基于“利他式互惠”的重复囚徒困境模型、空间囚徒困境模型和连续囚徒困境模型,这些研究模型分别将着眼点放在个体的策略、生存的空间结构以及合作度的衡量之上,为揭示现实社会和生物系统中所展现出的复杂的非线性动力学现象提供了丰富的研究方法和微观解释。最后指出了当前研究中存在的不合理假设,并提出了需要进一步深入研究的问题。
The research on evolution of cooperation is important to understand the cooperation,competition in the biology and society. The focuses are on several research directions, including iterated prisoner's dilemma based on "reciprocal altruism", spatial prisoner's dilemma and continuous prisoner's dilemma. The characteristic of the strategy, spatial structure and degree of cooperation are emphasized by these models. The research ways can give significative explanations to the complex phenomena in the biology and society systems. Some conclusions and suggestions are given at end.
