铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜密度感知系统分子机制的研究进展

摘要 铜绿假单胞菌通过形成生物被膜(biofilm,BBF)能够持续地将浮游的细菌保护起来便于细菌繁殖,是慢性或持续性感染的原因之一。密度感知系统(quorurn Isensing systems,QSS)通过细胞一细胞间的信号传递在生物被膜形成中起到重要的作用。本文将就OSS系统在铜绿假单胞菌的BBF形成中的分子机制进行综述。 Biofilm formation by Pseudomonas aeruginosa protects the floating bacteria for multiplication, which is one of the reasons of persistent infection in the patients. Quorum-Sensing Systems plays a key role in biofilm formation through signal transmission between the cells.
