绝经女性被动吸烟行为对骨密度指标及抗骨折能力影响的调查 被引量:9

摘要 目的评价被动吸烟行为对绝经女性骨密度、骨代谢指标及抗骨折能力的影响。方法选择门诊就诊和住院治疗的绝经后妇女356例,调查接受吸烟情况和被动吸烟情况调查,并计算相应被动吸烟指数,同时还进行左侧股骨颈、大转子和Words三角等部位骨密度、骨代谢指标检查和抗骨折能力评估。结果356例绝经女性中,被动吸烟绝经女性大部分股骨Neck、Troch、Words三角等骨密度指标和FS、MS等抗骨折能力数据明显低于对照组。主、被动吸烟组之间全部股骨Neck、Troch、Words三角等骨密度指标和FS、MS等抗骨折能力数据无明显区别(P均>0.05)。轻度被动吸烟绝经女性的大部分股骨Neck、Troch、Words三角等骨密度指标和FS、MS等抗骨折能力数据明显高于中、重度被动吸烟组。结论被动吸烟绝经女性与主动吸烟一样,都有确切骨密度指标及抗骨折能力减低表现,尽早远离烟草、控烟戒烟、净化居住和工作环境很有必要。 Objectivel To study the influence of passive smoking exposure behavior among the menopause female's bone density, bone metabolism target and anti - fracture ability. Method Altogether 3.56 postmenopause women were selected from out- patient department and in- patient department in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University. Their active smoking and passive smoking exposure behaviors were inquired, their corresponding passive smoking exposure indexes were calculated, and simultaneously the bone density, bone metabolism target inspection and anti- fracture ability in left side femur neck, great rotator and words triangle were measured. Results Among the 356 postmenopause females, the passive smoking exposure resulted in decreased bone density and anti - fracture ability as compared with the non - exposure females, however, there was no significant difference as compared with the smokers. Conclusions Passive smoking exposure behavior has similar adverse effects on bone density and anti- fracture ability as the active smokers, it is important to have the postmenopause woman stop smoking and keep a clear living environment without passive smoking exposure.
