Harmonious develop is the highest dream that people have been looking for from ancient time to today, it also has important practice meaning. The essence of harmonious can be summarized as different relationships＇ corporation. Such relation can be a harmonious situation in static state, but also a developing course in dynamic state. It shows a situation of appropriate,harmonious and satisfactory. Harmonious develop has such feature as common, well ordered,low consume and happiness. It is the highest boundary of human＇s education activity, social activity and living develop activity.
