摘要
从心理角度分析,薪酬公开的负面性是引起抱怨心理、嫉妒心理、自卑心理、攀比心理和负担心理;而薪酬保密的负面性则是引起猜疑心理、窥探心理、受骗心理、迷茫心理和侥幸心理。所以,管理者要慎重选择能给企业造成负面性最少的薪酬制度。
This article analyzes the negative effect of public salary from meantality angle: the mentality of complaining, the mentality of jealousness, the mentality of inferiority, the mentality of comparing and the mentality of burden ; and the negative mentality of secret salary were: the mentality of guessing, the mentality of prying, the mentality of being deceived, the mentality of at sea and the mentality of luck. So, the supervisor should choose the system of salary carefully.
