摘要
后现代心理治疗在认识论、知识观和自我观等方面与现代心理治疗都有明显的差异,是对现代心理治疗的反叛和超越。后现代心理治疗从建构主义认识论出发,把自我视为关系的创造物,把语言作为自我的关注点,认为心理问题不是自我功能的失调,而是无法通过叙事理解生活的意义。心理治疗的过程是一种平等共生的语言活动,其任务是帮助来访者重新构建生活的“故事”,完成一个更实用的“叙事”。
Post- modem psychotherapy differs from and goes beyond modem psychotherapy in epistemology, viewpoints about knowledge and self. According to the constructivism, post -modem psychotherapy conceives as product of relationships and language as the key of self. It argues the origin of aberration is not the malad ment of self, but the misunderstanding of the meaning of life from narrating. The process of psychotherapy is a loge between the psychiatrist and the visitor. The role of the psychiatrist is to help the visitor recreative a new applied relation.
