摘要
人才资源在出版业发展中具有重要地位,是出版企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分。从河北出版集团人才学历结构、年龄结构、职称结构、各单位领导班子状况、出版单位编辑人员情况、集团获奖图书和个人情况统计等方面对人才资源现状进行了盘点,并在数据统计和比较的基础上,分析了该集团人才结构的优势和不足,提出了优化该集团人才结构的三条对策建议。
The talent resource plays a vital role in the publishing development, and is an important component in the core competitiveness of publishing enterprises. This article makes a clear inventory of the current situation of talent resource in terms of educational structure, age structure, professional title structure, leaders of each working unit, editors in publishing units, books winning prizes and personnel information statistics in Hebei Publication Group. Based on the data statistics and comparisons, this paper analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the talent structure of the Group, and comes up with three proposals to optimize the talent structure of the Group.
