摘要
目的建立养血安神片中2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法),色谱柱为DiamonsilTMC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(20∶80),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为320nm,柱温30℃。结果进样量线性范围是0.08416～0.6733mg,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.0%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,能有效地控制养血安神片的质量。
Objective To establish a quantitative method for 2, 3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxystilbene-2- O- β- D-glucoside in Yangxueanshen tablets by HPLC. Methods Diamonsil^TM 5 μm C18 column was used. The acetonitrile-water （20：80） was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm, Column temperature： 30℃. Results The linear range of 2,3,5,4＇- tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O- 13-D-glucoside was from 0. 084 16-0. 673 3 mg and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 9. The average recovery rate was 99.8%, RSD was 1.00% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is convenient,accurate,reproducible and sensitive. It can be used to control the quality of Yangxueanshen tablets.
