莲必治注射液致过敏反应87例文献分析

Literature Analysis of Allergic Reactions Caused by Lianbizhi Injection in 87 Cases

目的弄清莲必治注射液致过敏反应的规律,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法对2003年1月～2006年10月中国期刊网收录的87例莲必治注射液致过敏反应病例进行统计分析。结果莲必治注射液致过敏反应与年龄、性别无关(P>0.05),但与给药途径有关,静脉滴注易发生不良反应(P<0.05)。其过敏反应以速发型为主,起病急,进展快,91.95%的过敏反应发生在30min以内(P<0.05),且多为多系统损害,主要症状为胸闷、心悸、呼吸困难、面色苍白、大汗淋漓、口唇发绀、意识模糊、血压急剧下降。过敏性休克的发生率较高,为29.89%(26/87),其中5例为重度过敏性休克。结论莲必治注射液引起的速发型过敏反应是临床关注的重点。

Objective To analyse the allergic reactions caused by Lianbizhi injection, and to provide the reference for security of drug usage in clinical practice. Methods 87 cases with allergy due to Lianbizhi injection were selected and analysed from ＂China Periodicals Net＂ （Jan. 2003 to Oct. 2006）. Results Lianbizhi injection induced allergy was not related to sex and age of the patients, but related to the route of administration, intravenous infusion in particular （P 〈 0. 05）. The main clinical symptoms were cardiac distress, dyspnea, mental confusion and so on. The allergic reaction was usually abrupt with quick progress and 91.95% of the reactions occured within 30 min after treatment （P 〈0. 05）. Among 87 cases, 26 cases were anaphylactic shock （accounting for 29, 89% ） and 5 cases of them were severe. Conclusion Immediate hypersensitivity reactions （such as anaphylactic shock） due to Lianbizhi injection should be paid more attention by medical staffs.
