摘要
测试了钙/锌复合热稳定剂519A在PVC电线电缆料中的静态和动态热稳定性。与4种同类产品对比,加有519A的PVC试样具有变色时间最长,初期色相浅及加工性好的优点。该热稳定剂中的Pb、Cd等重金属含量均小于欧洲标准规定值。
The static and dynamic heat stabilization of Ca/Zn compounding heat stabilizer for PVC wire and cable were determined. Compared with 4 heat stabilizer commodities, the PVC sample containing stabilizer 519A have better properties such as the longest color change time, lightness of color in early stage and good processability. The heavy metal, including Pb, Cd, etc., containing in stabilizer 519A are lower than the prescriptions of European specification.
