载体Sa提高芳砜纶可染性的研究 被引量:18

摘要 在阳离子染料、分散染料染浴中加入载体Sa对芳砜纶进行染色,可明显提高芳砜纶的可染性。与苯乙酮载体法染色、溶胀剂预处理法染色比较,该法染色工艺简单,染后织物的染色深度略高,纤维的透染性好,无明显残留气味,且染色织物的耐洗、耐摩擦色牢度较高,但耐光色牢度较差。广角X-射线衍射图谱显示,经载体Sa处理后,芳砜纶纤维的结晶度略有增大;扫描电镜观察表明,经载体Sa处理后,芳砜纶纤维表面纵向凹槽比未经处理时明显;热重分析(TGA)显示,载体Sa未使纤维大分子发生降解;密封法差示扫描量热分析(DSC)显示,载体Sa降低了芳砜纶纤维的玻璃化转变温度。 The dyeability of polysulfoamide fabric (PSF) dyed with cationic or disperse dyestuffs is improved obviously by carrier Sa. Compared with the fabrics dyed with acetophenone as carrier or dyed after pretreatment with swelling agent, the dyeing depth of PSF dyed by carrier Sa was a little deeper, the dyeing process was simple and convenient, there was no irritant odor remaining on the dyed fabric and the dyestuffs penetrated equally in the fiber dyed via carrier Sa. The colorfastness of dyed fabric to washing and rubbing was above grade 4 and the colorfastness to light was about grade 3. The X-ray diffraction curves indicated that the crystallinity of fibers increased slightly after treatment by carrier Sa. The SEM picture of the longitudinal configuration indicated that the surface longitudinal flute of fiber treated by carrier Sa was much more obvious than that of the untreated one, The TGA result indicated that the polysulfoamide macromolecules were not degraded by carrier Sa, The sealed DSC test indicated that the glass transition temperature of PSF was reduced by carrier Sa.
