腹腔镜与腹式子宫切除术的对比研究

Comparison of clinical effects between laparoscopic total hysterectomy and classical abdominal total hysterectomy.

目的比较腹腔镜下全子宫切除术与腹式全子宫切除术的临床效果。方法取同时期同组医师实施的一般情况差异无统计学意义的腹腔镜全子宫切除术48例和腹式全子宫切除术25例患者，比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后镇痛用药率、术后住院日、肛门排气时间、术后病率（术后24—48h体温2次〉38℃）等指标。结果腹腔镜组与开腹组相比较，手术时间短，术中出血量少，术后住院时间短，肛门排气时间短（均P〈0．01）。结论腹腔镜下全子宫切除术具有创伤小，出血少，恢复快，住院时间短等优点，值得推广应用。

Objective To compare the curative effects of laparoscopic total hysterectomy （LTH） and classical abdominal total hysterectomy （CATH）. Methods sampling patients during the same period LTH group （48 patients） and CATH group （25 patients）. All operations were performed by the doctors of the same group. The data such as operation time, postoperative hemorrhage, rate of postoperative fever, postoperative in - hospital time, postoperative pain were compared. Results The rate of postoperative fever, operation time, postoperative hemorrhage, postoperative in - hospital time, postoperative pain of LTH group were lower or less than those of CATH group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion LTH has smaller incision, less hemorrhage, short in -hospital time and recovering time. LTH is good for application.
