动力髁螺钉内固定治疗股骨远端骨折

Treatment of distal femora1 fracture with dynamic condyle.

目的探讨动力髁螺钉(DCS)治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效和特点。方法对43例动力髁螺钉治疗股骨远端骨折结果进行随访分析。结果43例均获随访,随访9个月至3年,后期功能评定按Kolment标准。本组治疗结果优25例,良13例,可3例,差2例,总优良率为88.37%。结沦应用动力髁螺钉治疗股骨远端骨折具有固定牢固、井发症少、能早期起床活动、功能恢复满意等优点,能早期进行功能锻炼,是一种获得满意疗效的有效方法。

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect and characteristic of dynamic condyle screw （DCS） in the treatment of distal femoral fracture. Methods 43 patients with distal femoral fracture were treated with dynamic condyle screw, their clinical curative effects were followed up and analyzed. The functional evaluations were performed in accordance with the kolment criterion. Results All 43cases were followed up 25cases were excellent ,13cases were good ,3 cases were common and 2cases was bad, and the rate of good curative effect was 90.6%. Conclusion Using dynamic condyle screw for distal femoral fracture passesses some advantages such as tim fixing few complications good functional recovery and so on, as a curative method it can obtain the better curative effect.
