摘要
根据华山松(PinusarmandiFranch)种子加工成开心松子的质量要求,进行了松子保质贮藏技术的研究。将华山松种子好粒率(优良度)、霉变率、哈变率的日均变化率,在相同的贮藏条件下,对不同的包装处理、不同的入库水分级之间的关系进行了保质贮藏技术的研究。通过实验比较、分析证明,食用华山松种子在低温条件下,不同的包装处理保质贮藏存在显著差异。玻璃瓶密封贮藏效果最好,双层塑料袋扎紧包装贮藏效果次之,麻袋扎紧包装贮藏效果最差。
According to the quality requirement of kaixin pine seeds(Pinus armandiFranch seeds),this paper describes a study on fresh conservation condition of Pinusarmandl Franch edible seeds.The study is about daily average superior degree, mouldchange degree and quality change degree in the same conditions,and the studv is aboutdifferent wrappiong, different treatment and different water-bearing in the same condi-tions.After comparison and analysis, different wrapping treatments show different effec-tive resuIts as follows for Pinus armandl Franch edible seeds in lower temperature. Thebest kept seeds are the lot kept in glass vessels,and then the lot in double-layered plasticbags, while the lot in sacks is the worst ofall.The study suggests the scientific methods fornesh conservation condition of Pinus armandi Franch edible seeds.
