摘要
桃花嘴金铜矿矿房回采效率高、生产能力大,而矿柱回采效率低、安全性差、损失贫化大。为解决矿房与矿柱回采速度不相适应以及矿柱占用矿量比重不断增大的矛盾,结合矿山的实际情况,对矿柱回采工艺进行研究,以提高矿柱回采效率,降低损失贫化,确保矿柱安全回采。经生产实践证明,针对不同类型的矿柱,在不同充填体强度条件下,选择不同的矿柱回采工艺,取得了理想效果,达到了预期目的。
In Taohuazui gold-copper mine, the stoping efficiency of chamber is very high. By contrast, the stoping efficiency of ore pillar is relatively low and the loss/depletion rate is high, while the stoping operation is unsafe. In order to solve the problem of matchless stoplng speed of chamber and ore pillar and to enhance the stoping speed of ore pillar, the stoping technique in use is researched and optimized. By choosing different stoping techniques for different kinds of ore pillars and backfill strength, better economic benefit was achieved.
