摘要 某选矿厂自处理低品位铅矿石以来,氰渣浮选铅指标恶化。根据氰渣特性及流程现状对原工艺进行改进试验研究,采用高浓度预先搅拌脱油药、低浓度浮选、三次精选工艺流程,消除了过剩浮选油药与矿泥的不利影响,有效地提高了精矿质量,精矿的铅、银品位、回收率都有了大幅度提高。 Because the lead grade was low, the indexes of lead extraction from cyanide residue dropped greatly in the mine. Based on the mineral characteristics and current flow-sheet, the operation was improved by using the process of mixing pre-oil-removing agent, low concentration flotation and three times cleaning separation. As a result, the adverse effect of exceeded oil and ore slime was eliminated, the quality of lead concentrate was improved and the concentrate grade and recovery rate was enhanced.
