高效液相色谱法测定赤阳降脂片中芦丁和槲皮素的含量

Determination of rutin and quercetin in Chi'yang Jiangzhi tablets by HPLC

目的：建立对赤阳降脂片中芦丁和槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱：phenomenex Luna C18（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-水-磷酸（47：53：0．2）；流速：1mL·min^-1；检测波长：370nm。结果：芦丁在4．8～24．0mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好；槲皮素在0．48～2．40mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好，回收率试验结果满意，重复性好。结论：本法简便、准确，可以用于制剂质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of Rutin and quercetin in Chi＇yang Jiangzhi tablets. METHODS The column was phenomenex Luna C18 （150 mm× 4, 6 mm, 5μm） the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid （47：53：0, 2）at the flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1 and the wavelength was set at 370 nm. RESULTS In this condition there was a good linear relationship over the concentration range of 4, 8 - 24, 0 mg·L^-1 for Rutin, 0. 48 - 2. 40 mg·L^-1 for quercetin. CONCLUSION This method is simple and accurate,it could be applied to the determination of the tables.
