浅谈设计阶段的造价控制

文章对我国现阶段工程设计阶段造价控制存在的问题进行简要的分析,提出了建设工程设计阶段存在的主要问题以及对工程质量和经济效益造成的影响,并针对发现的问题给出了相应的控制措施。

This article briefly analyzes the problems in cost control from the design phrase, brings out the main problems during the design phrase of a building project and their influence on the engineering quality and economic effects and finally puts forward countermeasures against these problems.
