摘要
文章以某大型国有建筑企业如何加强待岗职工管理为案例,分析了建筑施工企业职工待岗的主要原因,阐明了当前国有建筑施工企业实行职工待岗的相对合理性,指出了加强待岗职工管理的主要环节。
Taking the management of the employers who await job assignment in a state-owned construction enterprise, the main reasons of off-work system is analyzed, the rationality of its existence is illustrated and the main links to enhance management are brought out.
