目前,建设工程实施工程量清单招投标已取得显著成效,但实施过程中还有很多问题需要解决。文章从招投标工作的资格审查、评标办法、评标专家3方面入手,深入地分析了目前招标过程中存在的问题,并针对问题提出了应对策略建议。

Bidding according to the bill of quantities for construction project has got remarkable progress, but there are many problems that need to resolve in actual practice. From qualification examination, bid evaluation methods and bid evaluation experts, the propused prublems are thoroughly analyzed and policy suggestion against these problems is proposed.
