Expression of Ki-67 in adenoid cystic carcinoma and its significance

目的:探讨增殖细胞核抗原标记物(Ki-67)在腺样囊性癌(ACC)组织中的表达情况及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法测定Ki-67在54例ACC组织中的表达情况,t检验统计分析其临床及病理学意义。结果:Ki-67在ACC组织中的表达与临床分期及病理类型有关,Ki-67的高表达预示着ACC的预后较差。结论:Ki-67可作为判断ACC恶性程度及预后的有效指标。

Objective ：To investigate the expression of Ki-67 in adenoid cystic carcinoma （ACC） and its significance.Methods ：The expression of Ki-67 in ACC of 54 cases were studied by immunohistochemical staining.T test was used to analyse its clinical and pathological significance.Results ：The expression of Ki-67 in ACC was related with clinical stage and pathological type.The higher expression of Ki-67 was indicated worse prognosis.Condusion：Ki-67 may serve as a marker for evaluating the malignancy and prognosis of ACC.
