不同定位方法在双腔支气管导管插管中的比较

Clinical analysis of placement of double lumen endobronchial tube by different ways

目的:观察用纤维支气管镜和听诊法定位的双腔支气管导管的患者的肺塌陷程度及血氧饱和度。方法:双腔支气管导管插管的患者40例用纤维支气管镜定位,60例用听诊法定位。开胸后观察肺塌陷程度,单肺通气20分钟后观察血氧饱和度。结果:纤维支气管镜组的肺塌陷程度,血氧饱和度明显优于听诊组。结论:双腔支气管导管插管时应采用纤维支气管镜定位。

Objective ：To study the oxygen saturation and lung separation of the patients who were placed with double lumen endobroncheal tube by fiberobronchoscope or by auscultation. Methods ：Forty patients were placed with double lumen endobroncheal tube by fiberobronchoscope,sixty patients were palced with double lumen endobroncheal tube by ausculation. The lung separation and the oxygeri saturation after twenty minuters of single lung ventilation were observed.Results：The group of fiberobronchoscope was better than the group of ausculation.Conclusion：Double lumen endobronchial tubes should be placed by fiberobronchoscope.
