儿童后颅窝肿瘤术术中护理

Nursing care of posterior cranial fossa tumors during operation in children

目的:探讨儿童后颅窝肿瘤择期手术治疗的术中护理要点。方法:回顾性分析我科34例儿童后颅窝肿瘤的临床特点,应用整体护理程序,制定护理计划,并有效实施。结果:34例患儿均采用俯卧位在显微镜下行肿瘤切除术,无术中并发症,顺利度过手术期。结论:对后颅窝肿瘤患儿进行严密观察,有效施护,防止并发症发生,有利于患儿术后恢复。

Objective：To investigate the main points of intra-operative nursing of posterior cranial fossa tumors in children.Methods： The clinical features in 34, sick children with posterior cranial fossa tumor were analysed retrospectively,entirety care program was utilized,nursing care plan was instituted and effectually enforced.Results：The microscopic tumorectomy was enfored in all 34 cases by prone position and successfully spent the period of operation,without complication.Conclusion：It is beneficial for postoperative recovery in sick children with posterior cranial fossa tumor by close observation,efficacious guard and preventing the occurrence of complication.
