早期胃癌的内镜诊断和治疗进展

摘要 早期胃癌（early gastric cancer，EGC）这一概念最早由日本内镜学会1962年提出，定义为癌肿位于黏膜和黏膜下未达肌层，无论有无淋巴结转移。EGC又分为黏膜癌（M—Carcinoma，MC）及黏膜下癌（SM—Carcinoma，SMC）。早期胃癌的概念是就癌肿的浸润深度而言，在内镜就大小而言，与EGC相关的有小胃癌、微小胃癌、超微小癌三个概念。小胃癌指的是直径为6～10mm的EGC．小胃癌指直径在5mm以下的癌灶，超微小癌，又叫“一点癌”系胃癌黏膜标本为恶性．但是手术切除的标本却找不到癌灶.
