聚酯增韧环氧树脂灌封胶的研究

Toughening Modification of Encapsulating Epoxy Resins by Polyester

介绍了用聚酯树脂来改性环氧树脂组合物。并对其进行冲击强度、热重分析等测试。结果表明,该组合物具有较好的机械特性、热稳定性和工艺特性。用该聚酯来对环氧树脂进行增韧具有良好的效果。

In this paper, the modified encapsulating epoxy resins by polyester were investigated. Test results show that epoxy resin encapsulation materials have good performances, such as mechanical, thermal and processing properties. The modified encapsulation materials have been significantly improved in toughness.
